Law Enforcement Requests
Velotek cooperates with valid legal requests and encourages law enforcement agencies to contact our abuse department regarding unlawful activity conducted through our network.
Customer privacy remains an important principle of our service. Information is only disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal process within the relevant jurisdiction. Velotek does not collect unnecessary customer information, and the availability of account data may therefore be limited.
All abuse reports and legal requests are reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable laws, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.
